100,000 $PEN to take a desk, every time, and half of it is burned on the spot. The agency never buys a desk back — there is no resignation and no sell-back, so the only exit is a listing. The ETH fee on top is what funds the draw.

One price, always
100,000 $PEN for every desk on the floor, first to last. A desk cannot change hands at all, which is what keeps a single price honest for all 349.
Half of it is destroyed
50,000 $PEN burned on receipt, every time. The other half goes to the draw, so taking a desk pays the people already on the floor.
No sell-back
The desk does not buy. There is no resignation counter and no refund; a listing is the only exit, at whatever somebody will pay for a desk that arrives as a Runner.
