What a shift is worth
Points raise the desk
Points are the promotion gate. Enough of them moves you Runner to Cold Caller and on up the firm. They cannot be bought.
The desk raises the cut
A higher desk is a heavier weight in every round — a bigger slice of the same pot, paid in real tokenised stock.
