Terms of engagement

  • Everyone starts at the sink. There is no way to start above Runner. Everybody comes in on the phones. The ladder is bought or earned afterwards, and only as far as Chef de Partie by money.
  • The desk owns the wallet, not you. Salary lands in a wallet bound to the token. You control it while you hold the desk; sell the desk and the wallet goes with it.
  • The agency only sells. There is no resignation and no sell-back. A desk is not a thing you can hand to anybody — the only exit is to stop working it.
  • Half the price is destroyed. 50,000 $PEN of every 100,000 is burned on receipt. The other half goes to the draw.
